This website is run by MB Toro Collective. It uses no cookies, analytics or tracking.

If you email toro@torocollective.com, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply and, if we work together, to run the project.

Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Netlify is based in the United States, so these logs may be processed there. Our email runs on Microsoft 365, provided through GoDaddy. Where data leaves the EU, these providers use the safeguards the GDPR requires.

We keep emails for up to two years after our last contact, unless they become part of a contract we must keep longer by law.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to toro@torocollective.com. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI) at vdai.lrv.lt.
